LOVEHAURAKI encouraging locals to ‘put their money where their heart is’

We LOVEHAURAKI and know you do too!

Evolve Hauraki is a collaboration between Hauraki District Council, Te Waka, Positive Paeroa, Go Waihi and Positively Promoting the Plains.  Collectively they have made it easy to support local Hauraki businesses with their new LOVEHAURAKI website and Facebook platforms.

Born as a response to COVID-19, LoveHauraki's purpose is to build pride and connection in the Hauraki District, celebrating the people, businesses and environment.

Listing on the website for businesses and community organisations is completely free.  This also includes the newly launched situations vacant page.

Encouraging locals to 'put their money where their heart is' and shop local, LoveHauraki reckons that everyone is technically a local, some just live a little bit further away.

The Facebook page will be used to highlight businesses, history and exciting new developments throughout Hauraki.

Ultimately, LoveHauraki will be the one-stop-shop for local businesses to list their services, and for everyone to find them.
