The Refinery Guard's Cottage: Private, charming self-contained accommodation set in the grounds of the historic Gold Refinery building. Light filled and comfortable with retro inspired decor - The Guard's Cottage is arguably the best boutique accommodation set in the heart of Paeroa; the 'antiques town' of NZ.
The cottage is private and totally separate from your hosts. Our on site cafe/coffee shop is open (Wed-Sun) with breakfast by arrangement on other days. One complimentary coffee for guests per visit.

Our newest addition, The Miner's Cabin is a calm and peaceful space; open plan with loft-think rustic décor, warm wood, jute mats and antlers.
Like The Cottage, The Cabin is private and totally separate from your hosts. Our on site cafe/coffee shop is open Wednesday to Sunday, with breakfast by arrangement on other days. A complimentary coffee from the cafe is included.
