Tour Aotearoa is one of the world’s great bike-packing trips. Stretching 3,000km from Cape Reinga to Bluff it follows a combination of cycle trails, tracks, paths and lanes connected by the most enjoyable country roads available, including the Hauraki Rail Trail.
Participants of the tour are often met alongside the trail by 'Trail Angels' offering food, water and encouragement. This year our very own Paeroa Information Hub will be offering free L&P for all participants, with Te Aroha Motel set up as TA Central, with free cold watermelon, water and a place to kick back and relax before continuing the journey south.
