On Sundays, we run a range of workshops promoting cooking from scratch, eating and growing seasonally and showcasing our paddock to plate ethos. Our Sustainability Series includes:
• Sourdough Breadmaking
• Pasta from Scratch
• Pickling and preserving
• Kombucha brewing
• Salads and dressings
• Fish, cooking, curing and smoking..
• Wood-fired pizza making
• Organic, edible gardening workshop – “The Full Monty”
These are full day workshops and include morning tea on arrival, a fun and informative session with take home notes provided, followed by a delicious shared lunch.
Whether you want to improve your cooking skills or be a better gardener, we know you will come away from the day feeling motivated and inspired!
