Earthbridge Eco B&B is a private, rural delight located in the beautiful Maratoto Valley, offering an ideal Hauraki destination, allowing visitors to slow down the pace in a safe and beautiful environment.
Sitting high in the Valley landscape, just 8kms / 9min drive from the Hauraki Rail Trail SH26 Hikutaia, the lovingly handcrafted off-grid haven looks out across the Hauraki-Coromandel Rainforest.
Surrounded by lowland podocarp forest, it caters to the active, with walking tracks starting from the vibrant garden. For the more adventurous single track mountain bikers, there's a few nearby challenges on offer too.
The eco cottage is completely off grid, allowing for a complete digital reset. Cool off with a little stream swimming in Summer, and in Winter enjoy the warm cosy library and log fire.
Step into the wild with the many bush and river walks. Reflect upon the local history, or simply reconnect to nature and relax in the outside woodfired cast iron bath. There is a wood fire and under floor heating in Winter.
The cottage sleeps 5 guests (2 x Queen and 1x Single), and boasts Hundertwasser inspired tiling, plus other unique wood, earth and stone features. There is also a sunny conservatory, gas BBQ and Pizza oven for guests to enjoy.
The bountiful breakfast, offers delicious organic milk, yogurt, homemade muesli, fresh bread, jams and jellies, home preserved fruit and free range eggs.
